The proposals will deliver a significant boost to tourism and the local economy, and create a significant number of new job opportunities. It is our aim to employ people from the local area in these roles, including training and apprenticeship opportunities. We are also exploring a number of other benefits for the local community, including:

• CCTV coverage throughout the building and external areas alongside improved external lighting and security monitoring, which will help to prevent antisocial behaviour.
